AEC CLT is a community event presented by The Power of Design Network. This policy explains what information is collected through aecclt.ai, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

If you choose to join the AEC CLT list, we may receive your name, work email, company, role, industry, current level of AI use, and the area you would most like to improve with AI. We use this information to manage the waiting list, understand participant interests, shape relevant sessions, and send event updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Our hosting provider may also process limited technical information necessary to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and request logs.

Analytics & cookies

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand general website activity, including page views, approximate location, device category, and how visitors interact with the site. Analytics is not loaded unless you select “Accept analytics.”

If you decline, AEC CLT stores only your preference in your browser so the notice does not appear on every visit. This preference is essential to remember your choice and is not used for advertising.

Service providers

We use Vercel to host the website, Google Analytics for optional website measurement, and Resend to deliver messages related to information submitted through the event interest form. These providers process information according to their own privacy terms and our instructions.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the website, our organization, or other people.

Your choices

You may accept or decline analytics without affecting access to the website. You can also change your preference at any time using the button below. You may contact us to ask about personal information you previously submitted.
